Hotels Accommodation
Hotel rates only apply to the period 13 to 18 September 2008 and are inclusive of accommodation, breakfast and 14% VAT. All rates are exclusive of the 1% Tourism Levy which will form part of your final hotel bill that will need to be settled before your departure. Accommodation is reserved on a 'first come, first served' basis, please therefore indicate your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice of accommodation. NB Euro below - based on exchange rate as at 5 November 2007.
Companions Day Trips
The day trip options are available for Sunday 14, Monday 15, and Tuesday 16 September 2008. The morning of Wednesday 17 September has been left available for shopping in Sandton and/or nearby Rosebank so that the companions can join the Conference attendees before they depart at 13:30 for The Innovation Hub and the Farewell event!
Pre- and Post-Conference Tours
Tours that are subscribed by less than two participants, will unfortunately not take place. You will receive
advance notification, should your selection of Conference Tour not be able to take place. For your
convenience, it is recommended that arrangements for accommodation and airport shuttles be made via
Bono Tours and Safaris – info@bonosafaris.com. If you make your own accommodation arrangements,
please notify Bono Tours and Safaris via email of the Cape Town hotel that you will need to be collected from
for the tours.
Registration [sign-in] will take place at the Sandton Convention Centre from 14:00 to 17:00 on Sunday, followed by the Welcome event which will also be held at the Centre.
Prior to the Conference enrolled participants will be able to view the name, organisation, and country, of other enrolled participants. Should you wish to make contact with one of the participants prior to the Conference, please eMail the name of the participant to info@iaspsa2008.com.
