Pilanesberg National Park Ivory Tree Game Lodge - North West Province
Pre-Conference: 12-14 September, or Post-Conference: 18-20 September

Single Rate €735.53 or R6,987.50 per person; Double Rate €560.53 or R5,325.00 per person - includes two nights full board, entrance fees, transportation, game drives/walks – excludes use of facilities such as spa, and bar refreshments

Day One
10:30 Pick up from your Sandton hotel and drive to Five Star Ivory Tree Game Lodge in the Pilanesberg
12:30 Check in. Welcome drinks will be served on arrival with briefing on activities & mealtimes by Lodge Management
Afternoon Afternoon game drives in the Pilanesberg.
Note: light lunch and dinner, are inclusive and will be served at the Lodge
Day Two
05:30 Wake-up call, followed by early morning game drive/walk if preferred to afternoon game drive.
Note: breakfast light lunch and dinner, are inclusive and will be served at the Lodge
Midday to mid-afternoon At leisure for the enjoyment of facilities [at own cost] that include a spa!
16:00 Afternoon game drive
Day Three
05:30 Wake-up call, followed by early morning game drive/walk
10:00-13:00 Depart lodge for Johannesburg, after breakfast, via Hartebeestpoort Dam Flea Market for some shopping - the Market has many crafts from all over Africa and has facilities for light lunches [at own cost]
15:00 Arrival at your hotel in Sandton. If you are on a post-Conference tour and are only departing South Africa the next day you will be dropped of at your hotel. Alternatively if you are departing South Africa on evening of the return from this tour, you can be dropped off at the Airport between 17:00-19:00 on Saturday 20 September

NB - all the pre- and post-Conference tours bookings have a cut-off date of Friday 11 July 2008 - similar to the cut-off date of the hotel block-bookings. Your bookings and payments for the tours must therefore be made prior to that date. Do not be concerned about indicating additional choices of tours on the Enrolment Form as there only needs to be a minimum of two participants enrolled for a tour in order for it take place. Advance notification will be sent to you should your selected tour not be able to take place.

Note: For your convenience, it is recommended that arrangements for accommodation and airport shuttles for the Garden Route and Wine Route Tours be made via the Conference tour operators, Bono Tours and Safaris - enquiries/requests can be directed to info@bonosafaris.com.

If you make your own accommodation arrangements, please notify Bono Tours and Safaris via email of the Cape Town hotel that you will need to be collected from.
