If you are on a post-Conference tour and are only departing South Africa the next day you will be dropped of at your hotel. Alternatively if you are departing South Africa on evening of the return from this tour, you can be dropped off at the Airport between 16:00/17:00-19:00 on Saturday 20 September

NB - all the pre- and post-Conference tours bookings have a cut-off date of Friday 11 July 2008 - similar to the cut-off date of the hotel block-bookings. Your bookings and payments for the tours must therefore be made prior to that date. Do not be concerned about indicating additional choices of tours on the Enrolment Form as there only needs to be a minimum of two participants enrolled for a tour in order for it take place. Advance notification will be sent to you should your selected tour not be able to take place.
Note: For your convenience, it is recommended that arrangements for accommodation and airport shuttles for the Garden Route and Wine Route Tours be made via the Conference tour operators, Bono Tours and Safaris - enquiries/requests can be directed to info@bonosafaris.com.
If you make your own accommodation arrangements, please notify Bono Tours and Safaris via email of the Cape Town hotel that you will need to be collected from.
